SchoollyApp — Software Products & IT Services in Ghana

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SchoollyApp website and your access to SchoollyApp's App Projects and IT services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
SchoollyApp offers ready-made App Projects (including the School Management System, Open Library, Exams Bank, Hostel Management System, PharmaDesk, and DineDesk), custom software and web development, and IT support services, as described on our website. Specific features, pricing, and onboarding timelines for any product or service are agreed separately with each client.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by anyone else.
Where an organisation uses one of our App Projects, all data entered into that product (such as student records, inventory, or booking information) remains the property of that organisation. SchoollyApp acts as the technical operator of the software and will only access such data as necessary to provide support, maintenance, and hosting.
Fees for App Projects, custom development, and IT services are agreed with each client individually before work begins. Payment terms, including any deposits, instalments, or recurring hosting/support fees, will be set out in a quotation or agreement provided to the client.
Where ongoing support, hosting, or maintenance is included as part of a service agreement, SchoollyApp will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe, as agreed with the client.
The underlying software, source code, designs, and branding of SchoollyApp's App Projects remain the intellectual property of SchoollyApp unless otherwise agreed in writing as part of a custom development contract. Clients are granted the right to use the relevant App Project for their own organisation's operations.
While we take reasonable care in building and maintaining our products and services, SchoollyApp shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our App Projects, website, or services, to the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law.
Either party may end a service agreement in accordance with the terms set out in that specific agreement. Upon termination, SchoollyApp will reasonably assist with the export of a client's own data where feasible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
